Responsibilities

  • Use our fast‑paced and lean innovation process (which includes aspects of Lean Start Up and Human Centred Design) to validate your idea/product from customer discovery to in‑market prototype.
  • Manage resource requirements and support from the wider BetterLabs team and external SME’s, including Legal, Financial, Product Support, Analytical, Marketing and Technical Specialists.
  • Undertake all financial elements with respect to your ideas/products passage through the innovation funnel, including budgeting, pricing strategy, forecasting, profit & loss, customer acquisition costs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly updates about the life cycle of each idea/product for (Keep/Kill/Pivot/Re‑prototype).

About you

At BetterLabs, we leave egos at the door. We’re hungry, collaborative, curious — and we share the table. We’re looking for someone who loves building, thrives in ambiguity, and has the drive to turn ideas into commercially meaningful ventures.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in a startup, scale‑up, your own business, or a lean innovation role inside a corporate
  • Experience delivering products from concept to market
  • B2C marketing experience (highly regarded)
  • Hustle — you know how to find customers and validate real demand
