Your Impact

As our Educational Leader you will:

• Lead and lift educator capability through coaching, mentoring, modeling & collaborative dialogue
• Advocate for rich, meaningful play and inquiry-based learning
• Support teams to plan, reflect and deepen their pedagogical thinking
• Embed Harmony’s values and child-safe practices in everyday practice
• Inspire educators to create learning environments full of joy, belonging & challenge
• Partner closely with the Centre Director to drive quality improvement and innovation
• Build strong relationships with children, families and community
• Ensure curriculum decisions uphold every child’s rights, culture and voice

Your leadership will directly influence children’s learning outcomes and educators’ professional growth.

About You

• A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
• Deep understanding of QKLG, EYLF v2.0 and contemporary pedagogy
• Confidence in coaching, mentoring and leading professional conversations
• A strengths-based collaborative approach to building capability
• Strong understanding of the NQS and quality improvement
• A commitment to child and cultural safety
• Curiosity, humility and passion
