Permits Junior Administrator

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking a motivated Permits Junior Administrator to join our Norwest team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in residential construction administration. You’ll support the permits and approvals process, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to help projects progress smoothly to site start.

What you’ll do:

• Liaise with internal departments to formulate a design solution compliant with company variation policy, and council and developer guidelines
• Liaise with internal departments & town planners to assess design issues in seeking council approval
• Work proactively with internal departments and customers through design issues

About you

• Previous administration experience or strong interest in construction/property
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
• Willingness to learn council requirements and approval processes
