Join this fast-growing B2B SaaS company, empowering NDIS providers with innovative solutions that enhance service delivery and improve lives. As the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for driving high-volume customer acquisition through a product-led growth strategy. Reporting to the CEO and Board, you’ll develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing approach to scale their user base, increase engagement, and expand into new markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role—while you’ll be guiding a team, you must also be willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by example across all key marketing channels, including paid, organic, MQLs, book-a-demo strategies, social, and more traditional acquisition tactics.

What you'd be looking after:

Lead & Execute – Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive high-volume customer acquisition and engagement

Own Growth Metrics – Optimise MQL generation, book-a-demo conversions, and pipeline growth through data-driven decision-making

Multi-Channel Approach – Oversee paid media, SEO, content marketing, email automation, and organic growth strategies

Drive Product-Led Growth – Focus on scalable, product-first marketing strategies that fuel user adoption and retention

Be Hands-On – Roll up your sleeves and actively contribute across performance marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and conversion rate optimisation

Mentor & Scale – Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration

Market Expansion – Support growth into new markets and verticals with tailored go-to-market strategies

B2B SaaS Expertise – Proven experience in marketing high-volume B2B SaaS products with a focus on product-led growth

Growth Mindset – Strong background in digital-first, performance-driven strategies that drive measurable results

Data-Driven & Hands-On – Comfortable diving into the details, optimising campaigns, and making real-time adjustments to improve performance

Multi-Channel Proficiency – hands on expertise in paid acquisition, SEO, social, email, content marketing, and conversion rate optimisation

Leadership & Execution – Ability to lead by example while also empowering a team to succeed

Analytical & Results-Oriented – Strong ability to measure marketing performance, track KPIs, and optimise for growth
