Responsibilities
- Reviewing and advising on the terms of construction contracts at tender stage.
- Providing advice to tender team.
- Post tender negotiations with clients.
- Providing legal advice to stakeholders across construction and corporate.
- Reviewing and advising on contracts across corporate – HR and IT.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a lawyer post-qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to review and negotiate on construction documents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact calmly and confidently.
- Currently hold and maintain a practicing certificate.
- A collaborative and agile approach – you know how to adapt quickly and influence with credibility.
