Key Accountabilities

Conduct regular telephone sales calls with current and former customers to drive new sales opportunities and increase customer retention rate.  Calls will be based on current list of customers provided by internal and external sources.  From time to time, individual will also be responsible for calling new customers to create sales opportunity to be followed by Field Sales organization for customer attainment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic sales calls with current and former customers as well as new operators to ARYZTA
  • Present and get buy-in from customers on promotional activities
  • Increase customer retention and satisfaction with regular contact and service survey
  • Track all call activities with notes to be communicated for follow up visits by brokers and field sales personnel
  • Create and track customer satisfaction survey and provide weekly update on success and failure of customer regain(s)
  • Provide support to field sales in execution of customer appreciation rebate drives
  • Work collaboratively with customer service, category management, customer marketing, customer finance and customer development team in performance of daily tasks
  • Be the Customer Champion within the organization

 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree in communications or marketing
  • 1-4 years of experience working with customers and brands
  • 2 years of telesales experience
  • Mutli-lingual a plus;
  • Advanced Excel Skills, Microsoft Office, ERP systems (SAP a plus)
  • Periodic travel required for internal meetings; less than 10%
