Accounting Department - A/P Clerk

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: The Accounts Payable position is responsible for the following tasks: proper payment of liabilities scan and enter invoices preparation of payables for check runs create purchase orders (PO) scan and attach support documents to PO's and Invoices download and pay property utility bills monitor directories weekly for aging items communicate regularly with vendors and property supervisors post rents other duties as assignedThis is a direct hire full-time position.
