Role Overview
This new role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager for ANZ and focuses on creating, managing, and measuring marketing content and creative assets across DiDi’s owned channels. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop engaging campaigns, manage supplier relationships, and protect brand integrity.
Your Responsibilities
- Support marketing planning and ideation for upcoming campaigns; document and track execution.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with agency partners, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver owned‑channel marketing communications (eDM, push notifications, in‑app messages) in line with brand guidelines.
- Design and produce final creative assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Assist with measurement and reporting, communicating insights and learnings to the team and stakeholders.
- Enforce marketing operations policies, manage budgets, and maintain brand consistency across all consumer‑facing content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to foster positive relationships and uphold DiDi’s values of trust and respect.
- Manage financial processes, including invoicing and budget tracking, under guidance from the line manager.
Applicant Requirements
- 1‑3 years of marketing or creative experience.
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce or Marketing.
- Intermediate knowledge of paid media, social media, and lifecycle marketing channels.
- Proficiency in core creative design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
- Strong copywriting ability, with a demonstrated record of producing clear, engaging content.
- Capability to execute tasks independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with external suppliers.
