We have partnered with a top‑ten mid‑tier accounting firm to source a suitably experienced Intermediate Accountant to work within the Business Advisory Services team. Offering exceptional career progression and exposure to a large clients, the successful candidate will receive close mentorship and the opportunity to build a long and successful career.
About the Role:
- Prepare BAS and IAS lodgements with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and related entities
- Complete tax returns across a broad range of structures
- Support clients with proactive tax planning strategies
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients across diverse industries
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Business or Commerce, and working towards CA qualification
- An ability to manage and prioritise your workload whilst balancing this with a strong client service focus.
- Accounting experience in providing advisory solutions for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and identify and resolve problems effectively
- Experience in managing a variety of tasks simultaneously despite changing priorities and requirements
- An engaging and positive communication style – both from a team and client perspective
- A team‑focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
