We're excited to offer a Centre Leader opportunity at our newest Cheltenham dental centre. Currently operating 2 dental chairs and growing quickly, this is a fantastic chance to step into a leadership role where you can truly shape the future of the centre.
As Centre Leader, you'll be hands‑on and people‑focused - leading daily operations, supporting your team, and helping build a strong, positive culture as the centre continues to expand. This role would suit an experienced Centre Leader, Practice Manager, or a Senior Dental Assistant ready to take the next step.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the day‑to‑day operations of a growing dental centre
- Coaching, supporting and developing your team
- Managing rosters, patient flow, stock and centre presentation
- Supporting dentists to ensure smooth and efficient clinical delivery
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Partnering with your Regional Manager to support centre growth and success
