The Visagio Graduate Program is seeking extraordinary individuals to join Australia's leading consulting team. We are looking for students in their final year of university study (graduating by the end of 2026) or recent graduates who are ready to commence full-time employment in early 2027.
About the role
As a Visagio Graduate, you will not just be "learning the ropes"—you will be treated as a consultant from Day 1. You will step into a role defined by responsibility, accountability, and the opportunity to engage directly with clients and project teams.
While we provide a robust support network, you are encouraged to take initiative and display your skills in critical thinking, complex problem‑solving, and effective communication.
Key program features
- A permanent position commencing in January/February 2027.
- Successful Graduate applicants may be offered the opportunity to join us part-time in 2026 while completing their final year of studies.
- You will experience a project rotation within your first six months to broaden your exposure to different consulting environments.
- Positions are available in Perth (WA) and Sydney (NSW). We welcome applicants willing to relocate.

Recruitment streams
Management Stream: Ideal for students of Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines.
Technology Stream: Ideal for students of Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related disciplines.
Note: Familiarity with programming languages is highly valued across both streams, but is not mandatory.
About you (key skills and competencies)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieve the desired goals, considering changes in deadlines and scope of activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, being able to engage with diverse audiences within both the project team and the client.
- Demonstrable experience in data analysis and gathering of insights for project recommendations.
- Ability to illustrate a very robust fact‑based approach to problem‑solving.
- Passion for working with data and learning new methodologies, applications and skills for analysis.
How to apply and key dates
- Applications period: 06 January to 24 February 2026
- Online test period and video questions: 25 February to 04 March 2026 (complete the test sent to your registered email within this timeframe)
- Interviews (phone and in‑person): March – April
Please note: You may apply for either the Graduate Program or the Internship Program, but not both. If you apply for the Graduate Program, you will not be considered for the Internship recruitment process.

Online Test
Upon the close of applications, you will receive instructions to complete our mandatory online assessment.
Format: A 60‑minute, proctored test completed in one sitting.
Content: GMAT‑style questions focusing on critical reasoning and logical analysis of business cases.
Video Component: You will be required to upload video responses to pre‑determined questions. These are reviewed alongside your CV and academic transcript.

Interviews
Partner/Consultant Interview: A 50‑minute in‑person interview with Visagio leadership.
