What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and scale a self‑service internal platform that streamlines development and deployment for engineering teams.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.
  • Define and maintain infrastructure standards through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Champion observability and reliability, ensuring systems are well‑instrumented and easy to operate.
  • Enhance and optimise Kubernetes orchestration and AWS‑based infrastructure to support scalable, secure applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product and platform engineers to create a world‑class developer experience.
  • Promote best practices across automation, infrastructure design and DevOps culture.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience with AWS and cloud‑native architecture.
  • Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD).
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • A passion for improving developer experience and creating reliable, scalable systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset.
