Responsibilities and Requirements:
- More than 5 years practicing User Research with demonstrated knowledge and experience of applying user research methodologies.
- Excellent understanding of human-centred design and knowledge of or experience conducting research within the Whole of Government Service Design and Delivery Process (SDDP)
- Experience conducting user research within diverse and culturally sensitive cohorts
- Demonstrated experience in analysis and synthesis of complex findings to understand user experience, needs and motivations leading to the creation of insights and opportunities
- Strong experience in managing effective relationships and sharing insights and opportunities to achieve positive results
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading user research advocacy and capability uplift
