The Enterprise Identity Solutions & Technology group provides solution design, development, integration and operational services for enterprise customer authentication products and opearting platforms.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide strategic vision to Digital Banking stakeholders on Authentication road and technology market trend of relevant technologies. You will bring together ideas and innovation that inspire solutions that enable the customer security platform across different regions.

You will support the onboarding of new channels by determining if professional services or additional development is required, manage the relationship with different countries/regions for new opportunities. As well, in this position you will support migration strategies that is outside of the norm to meet special SLA's and different country/regions regulatory needs.

You will provide feedback to Product roadmaps a hands-on Senior advisor/technical lead of a group of developers and/or a technical professionals with key Professional Services and guidance to deliver a Customer Authentication solutions which is based upon ForgeRock Identity & Access Management platform.  You will lead technical and business discussions with cross-functional cross-domain teams/audience.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on design and development knowledge on Authentication and Authorization technology best practices. The role also requires strong Java design and development experience with a track record in development and deployment of REST web services, also Unix scripting, bash shell and JavaScript, to automate configuration and deployment of services to Web application servers to Dev / IST / UAT / PROD environments.  You must be proficient in server/services configurations and deployment and run-builds with a good understanding of network firewall and load balancer configuration. Proficiency in performance monitoring, systems scalability/capacity planning is also an asset. Ideally the candidate would have a solid understanding of user management services, web authentication solutions, Identity management and LDAP directory architecture. 

You have to have a solid understanding of Agile methodology backed by hands on experience, development techniques and best practices for an enterprise framework.

We are looking for at least 7 years of progressive IT experience including leading design sessions, rationalizing and making complex design decisions, solid Java web application design and development from front end GUI to back end services. At least 3 years solid working knowledge in Identity management on Authentication/Authorization best practise/protocol/standards and open interfaces.  Familiar and adapt to Continuous Integration and Deployment methodology.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with ability to demonstrate initiative and eagerness to succeed, with a "Can Do" attitute. The role will require interactions with various people like Business Users, Testers, Network team, and Production Support Team and may need to be on production issue calls or implemetation releases in the evenings or weekends.

Is this role right for you?

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert as well as a tech lead to multiple scrum teams.
  • Liaison with bank technical areas to address application, security and network/communication issues and project coordination. 
  • Keep pace with Industry Authentication Authorization standards to optimize design for customer and security acceptance.
  • Participate in all aspects of a project life cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Code, Test, Implementation and Production handover).
  • Create documentation including design, operational support documents.
  • Lead design sessions and code/program design/review, utilizing technologies per "Job Summary" section above. 
  • Minimum 5 years solid development experience in these mentioned or related technologies.
  • Evaluate new technology options and vendor products.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? 

  • At least 2 years working knowledge on Identity Management solutions both external internet facing Authentication/Authorization standrad and full-stacked secured Access management environment and solutions. 
  • Strong Java OO Programming skills, LDAP skills, and RDBMS skills.
  • Solid experience working on Infrastructure centric platforms and cloud based computing, cloud foundry, A good understanding and working knowledge of the server and network configurations both for deployment and at run-time.
  • Skilled in communicating design concept to influence audience for difficult decisions.
  • Understanding network topologies and common network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP).
  • Good working knowledge on building Agile team and Agile methodology and software development technologies and concepts.
  • Seasoned in CI & CD skills an dtools.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills have vision and innovative approach to computer based solutions and ability to convey these ideas.
  • Must be flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment, make quick and sound decisions under pressure.
  • Must be reliable, pro-active, results-oriented, customer-focused and attentive to details.
  • Must be able to think conceptually out-of-the-box.
  • Fluency (writing and speaking) in Spanish language is an asset.
