    • An employer referred pre-employment physical examination is required
    • Must be physically able to stand and walk continuously, stoop, reach, push, pull and bend
    • Must be physcially able to lift objects up to 40 lbs unassisted, and occasionally over 40 lbs with assistance
    • Must be willing to work in differnet types of working conditions (Hot, noisy, steam, fumes, odors from cooking and extreme temperatures)
    • MUST Satisfactorly complete a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training within 30 days of employment, and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
    • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
    • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
    • A one year probationary period may be required
    • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
    • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty

    Qualified candidates will possess all of the following:
    • Work experience preparing food dishes, storing foods to prevent spoiling etc.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, particularly standard recipes, and detailed cooking instructions.
    • Knowledge on operating, disassembling and cleaning basic food service equipment such as griddles, broilers, and food grinders.
    • knowledge performing basic arithmetic (e.g., add, subtract, multiply etc...) to measure ingredients in a recipe.
    • Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
    • Physical ability to occasionally lift objects weighing over 40 pounds with assistance of others
    • Physically able to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and bend for prolonged periods of time
    • Must be Willing to complete food sanitation and safety training within the first thirty (30) days of employment and on an annual basis thereafter.
