COMPUTER/IT Senior Support Engineer for SAP America, Inc. (Palo Alto, CA & various client sites nationwide) to understand & proceed on the new business models & operational challenges of our MaxAtten-tion, Active Embedded, & Enterprise Support customers. Bach in Comp Sci, Engg, Math, Phys, Infor Sys or a rltd field of study & 5 yrs of exp. Will also accept a Master's & 3 yrs of exp. Exp must involve 3 years in the following: understanding customer solution landscapes & business processes; creating detailed engagement & service plans; coordinating the involvement of SAP support resources onsite & in the back office; identifying top issues to define according action plans & drive resolution process; architecture of service plans to customer needs & service deliveries. 60% trvl reqd to vars clnt sts ntnwd.
