We are seeking a self-directed, energetic individual with a great smile to join our Retail Customer Care Team in our Melrose, MN location. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and occasional Saturdays.

Our successful Retail Customer Care Representatives provide creative, custom solutions through face-to-face and telephone interactions with our customers.

The following skills and experience are preferred:
  • Two years of retail sales/customer service experience, excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide variety of personalities including handling difficult situations
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications
  • Basic cash handling and account posting knowledge
  • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
  • AAS degree in Sales/Marketing or related field is a plus
