Purpose & Objective of Position

Support the Global Customer Operations (GCO) Franchise team in providing the right assets and communications to drive successful adoption of Franchise practices with the field. Work with GCO Franchise project workstream subject matter experts and project managers to develop fresh and exciting JAM (web pages) and associated assets and other communications to motivate sales executives and drive consumption.    

Expectations & Tasks

Main responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the production of communications
  • Support design and creation of JAM sites (web pages)
  • Support the creation and or update of eLearning and virtual learning assets
  • Support the GCO Franchise Project Management team in creating Franchise related assets – PPT, Brainshark, Work Doc and JAM (web pages) all can be included
  • Support our work with GCO University and the GCO Franchise teams in identifying learning assets to be retired or updated
  • Manage the Franchise in Action calendar of events, including managing the schedule, set up of associated registration links and courses and uploading of participant data
  • Support the Franchise team in building the new Franchise Handbook and associated assets for updated branding
  • Support the GCO Franchise team in preparation for sales kick-off meetings for 2018 where needed – organizing calls, updating schedules etc.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Persistent, diligent, self-starter, with attention to detail
  • JAM (web page) experience a plus
  • Project management experience a plus

Educational Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
