SAP is searching for an experienced federal and state income tax specialist that can prepare quarterly income tax provision, prepare and file federal proformas, combined/consolidated state income tax returns, and separate state income tax returns. Additionally, this individual will assist in the preparation of federal and state amended income tax returns for prior years. Additional requirements may include supporting federal and state tax audit, responding to federal and state income tax notices, assisting with gathering information for state income tax audits, general correspondence with taxing authorities, researching federal/state tax issues, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and other special projects as needed.


  • Proficient in the preparation of quarterly income tax provision under IFRS/ASC 740
  • Proficient in the preparation of federal consolidated and proforma income tax returns
  • Proficient in the preparation and e-filing of combined/consolidated state income tax returns using OneSource Income Tax
  • Experience in the preparation of federal and ate amended returns
  • Experience in identifying tax issues, performing federal and state tax research and documenting the conclusion
  • Experience in support federal and state income tax audits, responding to state income tax notices and contacting state and local taxing authorities to inquire on the status of refunds, gather additional information as it relates to notices, etc.
  • Experience in analyzing income tax ledger accounts


  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience with OneSource Income Tax required
  • Experience in CCH Intelliconnect a plus
  • Experience with SAP a plus


  • B.S. in Accounting or related field
  • 4-6 years of tax provision/tax compliance in medium to large corporation and/or Public Accounting
  • CPA or MST preferred


  • Strong background in tax accounting and research skills
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Competent in finance and accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good work and social ethic
