CDK Global/ELEAD1ONE, the fastest growing CRM software company in the automotive industry, is currently looking for motivated and experienced Support Technicians to join our Team located in the Niceville, Florida area. Our Technology Office supports clients nationwide on a variety of software and hardware products.  Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in software utilization, working in a Support Technician position and has a passion for technical customer service. 

 

Position Requirements 

  • Excellent Customer Service and phone skills
  • Able to negotiate alternatives, know when to escalate a problem, or when to ask for assistance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems: XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
  • Intermediate level experience with Internet Browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari
  • Experience with PC remote control software, i.e. LogMeIn, PC-Anywhere, Etc
  • Analytical problem solving skills
