Description Summary

Our affiliate companies Innovation Lab is focused on identifying and advancing innovative health care solutions.  The team is seeking an intern responsible for providing day-to-day program, operational and administrative support in bringing new products and services to market.  This position is designed to positively impact the implementation of Innovation Lab projects, pilots, and strategies.  The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively across the team to support a variety of projects and demonstrate a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks.  Candidates may be asked to support activities including:  primary and secondary market research, in-market pilot execution, technology implementation, project coordination, creation/management/editing of marketing materials, social media strategy/execution, project management support (scheduling, coordination, tracking, & report generation) and administrative assistance.


Accountabilities


  1. Support the Innovation team to advance the work of new product or service development

  2. Conduct secondary research and compile findings to support final deliverables for team projects and ad hoc research requests

  3. Coordinate logistics and arrange materials to support meetings, events, primary research, pilots, and other team needs

  4. Assist team members in executing marketing, engagement, development, testing, data analysis, and other pilot related tasks

  5. Provide administrative or coordination assistance to the team and external partners

  6. Other duties as assigned


Requirements


  • 3.0 or above GPA.

  • Currently enrollment in or recently graduated from a 4-year accredited academic institution.

  • Application knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to communicate to all levels.

  • Organizational - ability to gather, categorize and prioritize information
