Job Summary

The Sales Academy Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, developing, executing and managing all aspects of several projects or project tasks to proactively address challenges of a moderately complex to complex nature. This individual will also provide leadership and direction on all assigned projects or project tasks ensuring overall advancement of those project from inception to implementation.

Job Description

  • Responsible for coordinating, assisting with planning, and managing resources to execute projects or project components from inception through implementation
  • Partner directly with clients, project and business leaders to identify analytical requirements and provide data source requirements for systems and report analysts
  • Drive development projects that support products or operational processes
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions around daily management reporting, executive level performance reporting, problem management, etc.
  • Interpret results using a variety of techniques to communicate project scope and ensure program milestones and objectives are met
  • Support new employee development via effective, clear and concise communications as well as change management within the organization
  • Responsible for reporting regular status updates to management on key projects deliverables as well as occasionally provide status updates to senior executives
  • Establish the appropriate key project team members for structure, reporting and metrics to measure and monitor performance against plan
  • Provide ad hoc support to teams or management by collecting, analyzing data and reporting results and develops actionable recommendations
  • Participate in project meetings involving customers, partners, and cross-functional teams


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 plus years of relevant job experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of the following systems:  Salesforce, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Project and SharePoint
  • Ability to work multiple efforts and projects in parallel
  • Experience defining and documenting processes, and driving continuous improvement to processes via process measurement/metrics
  • Proven results in building strong peer-level and cross-functional relationships as well as experience leading cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Solid understanding of basic telecommunications networking components


Bachelors or Equivalent in Business or Computer Science
