Summary

 

Skyworks is seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join their team in Woburn, Massachusetts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage the business with assigned territories, customers and/or sales channels:
    • Increase sales at assigned accounts by:
      • Locating, identifying, and generating new business opportunities
      • Driving sales growth through effective and creative communication of the product portfolio, value, and capabilities
    • Drive new sales by locating new customers and business opportunities through:
      • Warm inbound lead follow-up
      • Review of seminar, webinar, expo/show registration list and following up
  • Enter incoming orders into SAP from Customers or Distributors
  • Enter Customer Quotes into internal Quoting tool and follow up to close.
  • Maximize margins, increase market share, and drive value added solution
  • Initiate, develop and nurture effective relationships with customers and sales channels(Distributors)
  • Enter Rep and/or Distributor Sample Requests into SAP and/or Internal Sample Portal tool
  • Expedite Rep and/or Distributor Sample Requests
  • Understand customer needs/requirements, and guide them to deploy solutions from the product portfolio
  • Possess direct account ownership to build and expand strategic relationships with customers by researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest, and educating and selling SDS products, solutions and capabilities
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing Inside Sales activities
  • Provide forecasts and market/competitive intelligence
  • Initiate, establish and maintain business relationships with internal and external stake holders
  • Provide pre and post-sales support by acting as a single point of contact
  • Drive engagement with reps and sales channels to foster vibrant sales activities
  • Verify Country of Origin via SAP for Distributor/Reps when needed
  • Request and provide Material Declarations and Green Surveys using Green Customer Survey Tool

 

Qualifications

 

  • 1-2 years in sales, Account Management or similar experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Previous experience with SAP or other ERP system
  • Excellent communication skills
