New Graduate Leadership Development Program – Digital (Technology) Business Unit

 

Gain cross-functional experience across our various Business Units with the Rogers New Grad Leadership Development Program and kick-start your career with us! Your Business Unit:

 

We’re building a brilliant digital future for Canadians, and our Rogers Digital team plays an integral role in that. We’re responsible for the creation, design, content and experiences on all the digital platforms in the Media, Consumer and Enterprise Business Units that is consumed by Canadian customers across the country. That being said, we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual that is excited by the opportunity of joining Canada’s largest telecommunications company.

 

Your Potential Roles:

  • Digital Developer, Front End
  • Digital Developer, Back End
  • Digital Developer, iOS

  • Digital UX Designer

 

Your Experience:

 

  • Enrollment in a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce or equivalent to be completed between June 2018 to June 2019
  • Outstanding analytical and methodical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to translate technical background and knowledge into business solutions
  • Knowledge of traditional database technology
  • Experience building front and back end solutions
  • Technical: HTML, CSS, Angular 4, Java, Play/Akka, programming experience (Ruby, Scala, Python, C#, C++, C, Perl etc), mobile development (iOS, Android), graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
