Accountabilities


  1. Learn how comprehensive medication management services are provided within government programs at a health plan

  2. Provide comprehensive medication management services under the supervision of a pharmacist

  3. Participate in pharmacy related Star Ratings initiative planning, implementation, and assessment

  4. Complete a human centered design project to understand how Blue Cross can make medication management easier for Medicare members.


Requirements


  • Holds a GPA of 3.0 or above on a scale of 4.0

  • Completed first year of pharmacy coursework

  • Strong application knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to multi-task and support a variety projects


Preferred Requirements


  • Previous experience helpful but not necessary
