Job Summary

Provide front line support for customer order entry, order expedites, and order expediting, quoting, returns, price/availability.

This position can be based in either Fort Mill, SC or Latrobe, PA. Hours: 11am - 7pm


  • Perform basic tasks usually under direct supervisor, or within well-defined procedures
  • Use standard technology to complete assigned tasks necessary to perform the job at the minimum acceptable level.
  • Assists at the department level in completing various routine tasks
  • Performs tasks at the tactical level. 
  • Has some discretion and judgment regarding work methods, but work is subject to review. 
  • Compile data and prepare reports in standard format
  • Assists at the department level in completing various routine tasks
  • Contributory to department's financial goals as defined in work tasks.


  • 1 - 5 years in customer service
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • SAP quote and order experience is a plus but not required
