Program Manager, IT Service Management

 

Job Overview:

SAP Concur is a line of business within the SAP Cloud Business Group. Be a part of one of the largest SaaS providers in the world. We are looking for a talented individual to be central player in bringing our hosted operations to next generation. This is an opportunity to make a mark on the core SAP Concur business. Be one of the primary authors of aligning our cloud operations and service management strategy within the SAP Cloud Business Group.

The Program Manager will be responsible for defining and driving ITSM integration improvements that drive efficiency and consistency for our Cloud Customers across SAP Concur and in alignment with the greater SAP strategy.

The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle program management, from conception and design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement. The role will partner closely with Technical Operations Leaders and Program Managers across the SAP cloud portfolio. The role will drive alignment and deliver to our joint customers a seamless service experience. 

In order to accomplish this you will need to:

  • Have a deep understanding of ITSM processes within SAP Concur and identify opportunities to harmonize / integrate with SAP technologies.
  • Partner with technology and customer teams to align key business initiatives and create a 18-24 month Integration Roadmap. 
  • Define and manage all program and project activities, including, but not limited to: scope and priority setting, building business requirements, identifying interdependencies, risk mitigation, issue tracking, quality management, resourcing, KPI monitoring, training and communication planning.
  • Drive stakeholders and leadership alignment across SAP Concur Cloud Services to deliver on top priorities.
  • Drive process optimization and deep dive analysis of tools, functions and processes resulting in delivery and rollout of consistent customer experiences.

 

What you need to bring?

  • Proven success in building and driving projects within a large, complex program
  • 5+ years of project / program management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs
  • 5+ years of experience working in Cloud Operations roles with a developed understanding of SaaS, Service Management, ITIL/ITSM, Security & Compliance and other operations topics.
  • Experience in business operations optimization across a broad cross-section of cloud operations areas including, but not limited to: service management processes, incident management, problem management, change management, monitoring & service status, security & compliance, analytics/dash-boarding, best practices, etc.
  • Ability to build consensus, create momentum, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and varying levels of management.
  • Demonstrated experience with large scale SaaS systems
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
