    Responsibilities
    • Operates, breaks down, and cleans all equipment for serving and preparing food.
    • Assists in the preparation of food as required.
    • Seperates food waste/trash and scrapes, soaks, scours, and scrubs cooking utensils, equipment, dishes, glasses and silverware.
    • Cleans and sanitizes food prep areas and disposes on trash in proper receptacles.
    • Requires moderate physical effort with ability to lift items weighing up to 40lbs and requires prolonged standing/walking.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    New hires will receive step increases progressively, starting Step 1 ($9.53 per Hour) and ending with Step 5 ($11.14 per Hour). Upon reemployment or reinstatement of a former Crafts and Trades employee, pay may be fixed at a rate for the appropriate grade that matches the rate paid in the previous position.
