Performs administrative and office support activities for United Rock Products. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, processing timesheets, managing purchase orders and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.



  • Act as liaison for business travel, hotel and off-site meetings arrangements as required
  • Coordinate with vendors about maintenance, repairs and any new installations required at office
  • Oversee company copier equipment including maintenance, location moves and payments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, memos, analysis, etc. as directed
  • Orders office supplies including water and coffee
  • Manage payroll time entry for hourly employees using JD Edwards
  • Manage purchase order process


  • 5 years of office administration/office management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • JD Edwards HRIS system
  • Good organization abilities
  • Ability to multitask
