What you can expect:

The Assistant Replenishment Planner maintains the NOS (Never out of stock) replenishment functions within all Brands for Hugo Boss DOS Stores and Shops in USA and Canada plus US Ecommerce. This includes supporting the overall direction and sales performance of all merchandise categories for Clothing, Dress Furnishing, Sportswear, Shoes and Accessories.  This role supports achieving company objectives as well as applying solutions to problems that will maximize NOS business opportunities and reduce NOS inventory liability.

Replenishment Responsibilities:


  • Compile and distribute merchandise selling and inventory reports weekly on NOS program through BIS
  • Perform effective analyses and in-season replenishment strategies to achieve NOS sales, monitor inventory levels and in-stock rates
  • Monitor in-season customer/ store requests
  • Analyze merchant reports weekly, and based on results, suggest ways to respond to business needs
  • Allocate NOS new launch styles to stores and set up their Auto Replenishment in SAP
  • Responsible for NOS merchandise consolidations and transfers
  • Partner with various resources to conduct weekly responsibilities (i.e. AG, Buying, Planning, Retail Operation, Regional Managers, Distribution Center and Purchasing)
  • Track and monitor NOS inbound shipment delivery dates
  • Responsible for NOS outbound shipping topics
  • Follow up on discontinued NOS buyback initiatives


System Technology

  • Utilize SAP Retail | Auto Replenishment | Allocation Systems.
  • Utilize BIS Analysis for Office for data analysis and reporting.

Your profile:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Merchandising
  • 1-3 years retail experience
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, PC, and Retail merchant system operation
  • Independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
  • Deadline focused
