NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Data Center Operations Associate to join our team in Nacogdoches, TX.  We are only considering local candidates at this time.

The Data Center Operations Associate position includes production and validation of daily reports, application security administration, charge entry and validation as well as various office tasks in an IT environment.


Role Responsibilities

  • Produce reports from various systems and distribute
  • Validate data and notify proper contacts for issues found
  • Monitor incidents and requests work queues in helpdesk ticketing tool
  • Perform data entry for charges
  • Provide application security administration to end users
  • Provide support to IT department - communications, supplies, coverage
  • Perform audits of user security
  • Help coordinate and conduct user testing during system implementation and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot production issues reported by end users and demonstrate ability toward the resolution on restoring functionality
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of application systems
  • Complete IT section of facility new employee orientation
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned


  • Experience in a medium to large IT data operations support environment in a hospital setting
  • Combination of education and work experience / High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Knowledgeable in first-call resolution, problem tracking via automated process
  • Familiar with office productivity applications, (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Prior experience with customer support and/or helpdesk experience in a hospital environment
  • Customer service skills that provide patience, attentiveness, clear communication, ability to use positive language when engaging the customer



  • Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred
  • Experience with interfaces
  • Some knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Group Policy and/or related technologies
  • Experience with end-user support process for support questions (some desktop and laptop knowledge)
