Coordinator, Leadership Development, 6-Month Limited Duration


Provide customer service support to enable a consistent Leadership and Management Development experience for distinct groups in a market or business, in order to share the desired adidas culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Project Management administrative support to Leadership and Management Development team in development and implementation of Leadership and Development programs and events
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants engaging in Leadership Development programs
  • Work with market colleagues to ensure project goals are met
  • Coordination of internal resources and third-party vendor for the flawless execution of project
  • Administrative tasks such as processing invoices or ordering supplies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Support the organization and execution of trainings, events, presentations and meetings. This may include planning for catering, A/V equipment, printing, reservations and other logistics
  • Perform research for special assignments and prepare PowerPoint or other presentations accordingly

  • Excellent interpersonal skills & customer service attitude
  • Very comfortable with, and experienced using, MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously with minimum supervision

  • Ability to work independently under little guidance on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to be self-directed while working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills


Minimum Qualifications

  1. Apprenticeship in industry or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 1-year experience within HR.
  3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  4. Understanding of HR Tools.
  5. Fluent in English.
