Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Regency Pacific Management
Location: Monroe, WA
Responsibilities
- Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home‑like environment for residents.
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance or administration of medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
- Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Possess a current LPN license in good standing.
