Service Warranty Program Manager Job


As a Service Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by improving dealership service capabilities by managing programs such as AGCO Protection (extended warranty protection) and Genuine Care (Maintenance Agreement). These two programs are a strategic pillar for Aftersales growth for AGCO. You will collaborate with internal departments to execute defined marketing strategies to drive dealer engagement and program adoption and take rates.

The role will consist of:

  • program design and IT project coordination
  • partner negotiation/management
  • change management, communication, and dealer deployment
  • dealer and direct marketing based on market research
  • liaison within AGCO whole goods and Service and AGCO Finance
  • dealer claim dispute resolution
  • overall program revenue target


Responsibilities include:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholder to drive program continuous improvement to improve participation and adoption by simplifying program from dealer and customers perspective.
  • Collaboration with third-party insurance provider & AGCO Finance team to ensure proper service level are maintained & profitability of the service portfolio
  • Assess the overall competitive positioning for Services Program to align market strategy Develop wholesale and retail strategy promotions and collateral recommendations for service offering
  • Provide input towards annual budgeting plans and overall business unit plans
  • Provide employees and dealers training programs, parts & service information and applicable reference materials to ensure service success in the market
  • Determine dealers' service program needs by managing and developing research, to obtain dealer and market insights to support future marketing program enhancements and adoptions
  • Develop and support service marketing programs, including extended warranties, maintenance agreements, inspections, and direct dealer marketing
  • Identify opportunities to support the growth of dealer service profitability Integration of service marketing activities and support for other internal departments including Training, Marketing, Dealer Development, Field Aftersales organization, Warranty Administration, AGCO Finance
  • This role shares P&L responsibility for the managed program


Minimum qualifications:

  • Agriculture or construction marketing experience
  • Service and or warranty experience
  • Dealer network experience
  • Strong strategic analytical capabilities
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Four years of marketing experience
