NTT DATA Services currently seeks a GWAC PMO Analyst to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).



NTT DATA is seeking a GWAC Business Analyst to assist the Director of GWAC Programs with opportunity distribution, communications, and business intelligence analysis to support business development and capture activities. The Business Analyst plays an integral role in the business growth for the organization’s Government Services segment, providing business intelligence for current and emerging markets.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Task order opportunity distribution and logging
  • Maintaining and updating GWAC SharePoint Site
  • Support activities associated with qualifying opportunities, positioning and capturing new business aligned with new markets.
  • Assist with collecting business intelligence to include conducting research target opportunities/competition, and GAO/IG Report findings.
  • Manages timely flow of business intelligence information to the GWAC PMO and across the organization
  • Assist with performance monitoring and reporting for GWACs/IDIQs. Help coordinate activities with senior leadership, client and sales executives, contracts, pricing, proposals, and security.
  • Participate in working groups/tiger teams to evaluate business processes and develop solutions for improvement.
  • Assist with reporting/tracking and provide detailed data analysis and research results.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education and Experience Requirements


  • BS/BA required
  • 3+ years of experience working in GWAC/IDIQ environment
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence gathering/analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM, GovWin, FBO, and government opportunity portals.
  • Strong organization management skills and ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to track and monitor documents from inception to production.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
