In your role, you will:

• Sustain and update Standard Design package on all Global platforms
• Approve all standard cuttings for approvals for Cockpit/Baggage finishes, as required, i.e. cockpit carpet, etc…
• Support and mentor the Interior Design team on existing options, where to find info and resources
• Act as focal for standard related changes
• Work with a dotted line to Customer Master Data, support as required
• Maintain the information contained in the Standard packages, which include:
1 -Standard Material Specification
2- Accessories List
3- Loose Equipment List
4- Baggage Finish specification
5- Cockpit Standard Specification
6-Customer Completion Specification (support)
7-Global Standard Specification (support)
• Approve images and texts for RPC & E options/ Vspec
• Approve Standard Finish Drawings (SFD) when there are production RFCs (request for changes) or new options created
• Approve standard interior renderings of options for verification vs. actual build
• Review on yearly basis accessories (faucets, latches, etc) with supplier and Supply Chain to ensure no discontinued parts
• Find suitable alternatives to standard parts that have been discontinued
• Assist in Quality Definition type documentation, provide aesthetic requirements for other groups
• Liase with PSMD for Interior Design deliverables (Standards only)


As our ideal candidate,

• You have a College or Technical diploma in engineering, interior or industrial design or equivalent
• You have a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience in a relevant field
• You have strong computer skills in a Windows environment with a working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel and AutoCAD V14.
• You are bilingual and possess initiative and strong communication and organization skills
• You are a team player, you easily adapt to change, and customer satisfaction is your number one priority.
