Cisco Collaboration Architect

As a Cisco Collaboration Architect you must be self-driven and have advanced level presales experience on Cisco’s entire Collaboration portfolio, including WebEx Teams (on- prem, hosted and cloud) - experience with Appspace, Vbrick, MediaView, InformaCast, ISI, IP Fax & call recording is a plus

 

What you’ll do at Insight:

 

  • Conduct presentations to customers both in person and using over WebEx and Video End points to increase customer understanding of the business benefits around the proposed solutions.
  • Conduct deep dive technical conversation with the technical audience and ability to translate the technology conversation into suitable format to meet the needs of non-technical audience
  • Provide technical support and consultation to account executives and other teammates using  experience and knowledge of Cisco Collaboration portfolio
  • Design solutions for customers and document the scope of projects, detailing the work to be done and outlining both Insight and customer responsibilities.
  • Develop accurate bill of materials and pricing documents to meet the requirements of the project scope.
  • Assist account executives in presenting technology updates to our existing base customers.
  • Develop supporting documentation including network and configuration diagrams

 

What you’ll need to join Insight:

 

  • Must hold CCNP or CCIE Collaboration Certification
  • Experience in leading strategic collaboration opportunities while also working as an overlay resource to field/national engineering teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external)
