Cloud Services group at Concur Technologies develops a single solution that provides best in breed technologies to assist engineering in taking their code from source control to the customer. Fully automating builds, tests and a robust delivery infrastructure are utilized to deliver to more than 27 million customers worldwide! It is our responsibility to evangelize and promote automation, resiliency and simplicity throughout the R&D organization. In this role, you would be part of our energetic team helping to define the next generation of tools, services and solution technologies utilized by our Research and Development department. You will be involved in on-boarding, building and supporting application frameworks across multiple disciplines. You will drive the vision and long-term strategies for our products and services and are tenacious in delivering quality to your customers.



  • Define and owns the product vision and initiates the product roadmap, articulating the epics and features that will seed the product backlog
  • Evangelize our solutions to the broader R&D organization and customers
  • Passionate about satisfying customers and creating a delightful user experience
  • Provides periodical and frequent communications to the external clients and partners
  • Initiates, translates and refines product roadmaps into manageable product backlogs, adjust for risk, and prioritize
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude and is available for team in all the Scrum ceremonies
  • Operationalizes the product into the mainstream organization focusing on sales-to-implementation efficiency
  • Become familiar with the organizational development practices, platform requirements, and agile project management framework
  • Manage product dashboards and communications to internal teams
  • Liaise with other product managers to understand the features and changes in product requirements and support the release planning and sprint planning exercises
  • A passion for Agile practices, estimation approaches, and allowing teams to manage themselves
  • Maintain continuous velocity streams, ensures quality, eliminate escaped defects, and motivate team
  • Understand and execute the go to market activities that excite users about our services
Position Requirements:
  • A BA/BS degree in technical field or related discipline preferred
  • Previous experience in cloud and delivery architecture technologies a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience in TPM, PM or PO type role
  • Experience with Lean product management principles
  • Experience gathering business requirements and develop them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and executives both written and verbally
  • Experience with reporting systems and visualizing raw data into useful information
  • Ability to solve challenging business and technology problems
  • Strong and creative technical problem-solving skills; ability to understand the big picture and offer technical suggestions and feedback to improve the tools and processes
  • Comfortable with Mac, Unix/Linux, or Windows operating systems
  • Ability to work independently and work as a team to accomplish critical business objectives
