Customer Support Representatives

Compensation: $20,000-$25,000/annually based on experience (plus additional incentives and differentials for overnights, split shifts, and bilingual)

 

We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentation

Requirements

- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Typing and data entry proficiency
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

All candidates must be able to work weekend hours as part of a regular schedule. They must also be able to work on-call hours as needed. All candidates must pass a drug test and background check as part of employment.
