We are currently looking to recruit a Production Performance Lead for our site in Central Rivers


The Production Performance lead has 2 key objectives:

- To provide the Production team a dashboard that measures the team performance on key areas (including: health and safety, people, efficiency…) and allows to put governance and improvement projects in place to continuously improve performance;

- To prepare the Production team to implement key changes that will impact (and improve) the performance of the team. Work early cross functionally on project wide initiatives that will affect the production team so that these changes will be implemented for maximum benefit and minimum disruption;

Your Tasks

- To work with the Depot Operations Manager and put the governance in place to drive team performance based on the published dashboard and KPIs;

- Support the team members to prepare improvement plans and track the delivery of the plans;

- To put together and maintain a performance dashboard to be used by all managers within the team to drive performance improvements on key areas (including Health and Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Efficiency…);

- To be involved (as early as possible) in project wide improvement initiatives that will impact the production team, so that it will cause minimum disruption and generate maximum gain;

- Involvement in the planning and preparation phase of these projects, support to the affected team members during the “Go Live” phase and hand-over to the team;


- Languages: proficient English required

- Degree in Continuous Improvement, or equivalent experience preferred

- Strong experience in a similar services industry desired

- Production background is essential

- Experience in cross functional environments is crucial

- Excellent leadership skills required

- Good communication and influencing skills are essential
