Administrative Assistant - Atlanta, GA

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate schedules, make appointments, arrange and coordinate travel schedule, maintain calendar, and contacts
  • Answer reception phone calls
  • Prepare, proofread, verify and assemble information for reports and compose correspondence to include PowerPoint slides, handouts and presentations
  • Arrange meetings, manage conference room scheduling including all logistics (catering, agendas, and facilities);
  • Manage and validate expense reporting processes
  • Coordinate company sponsored office events
  • Coordinate building maintenance
  • Manage office equipment and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Provide office management support; including managing office visitors, ensuring the meeting and break rooms are tidy and answering the main office line in reception area.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Must have 5+ years successful experience as an Administrative Assistant in an office environment
  • Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of working in a diverse environment. 
  • High levels of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy a must and the ability to work in a high energy environment.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, proactive, resourceful and proficient in MS Office
