Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Location: Axbridge Road, Somerset
Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Full time, 40 hours per week, permanent

About the Role
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with the resort’s experienced Food and Beverage Manager.
- Take responsibility for the bar and restaurant areas.
- Lead the food and beverage team in the absence of the manager.
- Ensure the department runs efficiently.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation of all areas.
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to keep motivation high and required training completed.
- Assist with efficient stock rotation and ordering.
- Serve food and drink orders.
- Collect glasses and tableware.
Requirements
- Similar previous experience preferred.
- Positive work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Driving licence (advantage) and ability to travel to/from resort.
