Job Description

Within the Transformational change group, we find that for most organizations, resistance to change is the single biggest barrier to improvement. And the greater the change, the greater the challenge. Yet too many organizations focus most of their attention on systems and processes when pursuing large-scale transformation, and do not give enough attention to the people side of the equation.

Deloitte helps clients successfully implement large-scale transformation by focusing on the people dimension of change. We use proven results-oriented strategies, tools and practices that address the key barriers organizations face at critical moments such as the acquisition of a new business, the adoption of new technology, or a fundamental change in business direction. Our transformational change services include:

  • Transformation change and adoption
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate change and restructuring
  • Communications
