Job Summary

The Program Control Consultant III (PCC III) will act as a lead in support of monitoring cost and schedule performance, reporting and completing financial related customer deliverables and performing various analyses. The PCC III will support the program team in the planning, tracking, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk.

Job Description

  • Must be able to effectively manage assigned program control work on large complex projects.
  • Activities will include establishing and maintaining baselines, monthly cost and variance reporting, performing Estimates to Completion (ETC), Estimates at Completion (EACs), and other required internal and external reporting.
  • The PCC III will support Basis of Estimates (BOEs) development, change management, work authorization and billing processes.
  • Activities will include subcontractor cost management and accruals, material tracking and control, preparation of integrated reporting, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Responsible for revenue and cost forecasting and variance analysis/reporting. Interaction with the Program Manager, Ops/Line Management, Finance, Contracts, Procurement, Senior Technical personnel, and various other functional or support organizations, including interaction with the customer.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of GAAP principles, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) is required.
  • Must possess a strong background working with multiple contract types: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive (FPI), Fixed Price Level of Effort (FPLOE), Time and Materials (T&M), Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), and hybrid contracts.


  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years related experience. Professional Certification (CPA, PMP, CPCM, etc) is preferred.
  • Must have active TS/SCI
