As a Product Manager - Intern in the Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU), you will assist a Product Manager with defining and executing the strategy for a key product portfolio category that will position Micron for ongoing success in the exceptionally dynamic and competitive memory industry. You will assist in developing the strategy, optimizing the business case of each product, driving products through each stage of Micron’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, and overseeing the development activities of new products by specifying the requirements, setting priorities and managing tradeoff decisions.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Product portfolio roadmap definition and execution.
  • Development and continued optimization of the business cases.
  • Monitor and drive for a comprehensive understanding of competitor products and strategies.
  • Manage the key activities required to launch new products into the market.
  • Develop models, methodologies and criteria for evaluating product concepts and tradeoffs.



  • Understanding of semiconductor devices.
  • Able to analyze data sets, draw insights, and communicate those insights effectively.



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Pursuing MBA or Master’s Degree in engineering.



  • This position can either be in Boise, ID or Milpitas, CA
