What will your job look like?

  • Prevent Potential Crisis by Improving Monitoring of the production System and Root Cause Analysis of all the Production issues.
  • You will work ofn performance Improvement of the Production System by giving code fixes and suggestions to improve the hardware.
  • You will make sure the customer performance SLA requirements are always met.
  • you will find ways to automate, smooth line and straighten ongoing Amdocs Customer Experience production activities.
  • Analyze, Design, Develop and Support various change requests from client for Amdocs Multichannel Self Service (MCSS), Amdocs OMNI Channel (OMNI), Amdocs Digital Care & Commerce (ADCC) and Amdocs Retail Interaction Manager (ARIM). Change Request is a new functionality to the product requested by Customer.
  • Analyze, Design and Develop various fast track client requirements – Fast Track client requirements are critical to be fulfilled within a pre-defined period of time.
  • Create IA(Impact Assessment) based on Amdocs format and conduct reviews with client for various fast track and change request requirements from client.
  • Plan and support software upgrades during major and minor version releases.
  • Involve in IA (Impact Assessment) reviews and solution design meeting as part of Solution architecture team for upcoming releases.
  • Provide support for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Performance Testing.
  • Interact and co-ordinate with Amdocs product development team to provide feedbacks for future version road maps.

All you need is...

  • In depth knowledge of Amdocs Digital Experience Framework, Amdocs Multichannel Self Service (MCSS), Amdocs OMNI Channel (OMNI), Amdocs Digital Care & Commerce (ADCC)
  • Knowledge of  Amdocs Retail Interaction Manager
  • Knowledge of Amdocs CRM and Ordering systems

 

Technologies - J2EE (Servlets, JSP).

Frame works - Struts, Springs,  Hibernate, RestServices,myBatis

UI Frameworks and Technologies - Underscore.js,backbone.js, require.js,knockout.js,  jquery

Web Tools - JSP, HTML5, JavaScript, Ajax, dojo, jQuery, jQuery Mobile, Angular, Knockout, Backbone.

Programming Languages - Java, C, C++, C#
