T&E Administrator


For the Voith Holding, Travel & Entertainment department, we are looking for:

T&E Administrator 
York, PA 


T&E Administrator serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for Concur, Voith’s travel and expense system, supporting the entire North American (US & Canada) organization of approximately 2200 users. The T&E Administrator is responsible to support employees related to interpretation of the Travel & Expense policy, and reviewing expense reports prior to reimbursement.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully; an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Reviews and approves expense report submissions in Concur for accuracy and compliance to company policy within current service level expectations.
  • Supports teammates and managers with questions in regards to expense report entry and exceptions, corporate card use and maintenance, policy compliance, and other general questions.
  • Responsible for timely and professional response to phone and email requests from Concur users and teammates.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching answers and/or alternative solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to management.
  • Partners with Travel and Expense team to resolve issues and to address volume spikes in different areas of department.
  • Supports external auditors by coordination information requirements.
  • Complete other analysis in support of primary responsibilities, T&E team, or as otherwise assigned by management.


Minimum Requirements:

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to be a team player and be able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish large volumes of work.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Experience with Concur, SAP, Navision, JD Edwards preferred.
