Process Engineer:

As a Dry Etch Process Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for sustaining and making the improvement efforts to yield and equipment performance in your process area, to achieve high device yield, reliability, and cost efficiency. You must establish processes, set up parameters, and carry out evaluation to improve process and equipment performances.

 

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Establish and improve process condition and technology.

Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

Establish and modify process management projects.

Set up process parameters of equipment.

Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.

Abnormal analysis and improvement.

 

Qualified candidates must possess:

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or equivalent semiconductor industry experience is preferred; however, other engineering or related disciplines may be considered.

3 or more years’ experience in Dry Etch or have fundamental knowledge of plasma physics
