The Highlights

The Associate Project Manager assists in managing, planning, monitoring and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. In this role, you will manage project details, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts.

What you will do
  • Assist in planning, managing and monitoring projects from conception through implementation
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Assist in establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet high quality standards and leadership expectations using the appropriate tools
  • Meet with internal customers of assigned projects to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Track costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Assist with gathering data and preparing a variety of reports covering project estimates, project status and other management reports
  • Carry out other duties as needed

Required keys for success
  • Up to two years of experience in project management
  • Prioritize and organize effectively to manage multiple projects and assignments
  • Develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills

Your education
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience (required)
  • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred)
