Temporary Consultant - Exempt

Position Summary:

Training Project Manager will create instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning, job aides, and blended solutions that appeal to diverse learning styles and help drive performance improvement. This includes, but is not limited to, analyzing business needs, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), designing and developing learning solutions

Job Duties:

  • Adapt to changing priorities to successfully manage multiple instructional design projects.
  • Conduct learner analysis with stakeholders and subject matter exerts (SMEs), as appropriate, to determine the targeted performers’ needs.
  • Identify a solution or multi-faceted solutions to address business needs and/or improve performance.
  • Produce scalable learning solutions that meet business group expectations and align to strategic business goals.
  • Develop synchronous learning program materials to be delivered via webinars, eLearning and/or instructor-led learning methods.
  • Work in close partnership with Director, Organization Development and Training, Manager of Instructional Design and key stakeholders to ensure the rollout ad delivery of high-quality learning resources.
  • Audit existing learning programs.
  • Perform other ancillary duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Behavioral Sciences, Education, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design experience in designing and developing course materials
  • Expertise with the ADDIE model, Learning Management Systems and SCORM standards is preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Lectora or similar software
